Winter 2008 arrived at 4 :04 AM local time. About 13 hours later the Sandia Mountains were lit up at sunset.Today is the shortest day of the year.
So what’s wrong with this picture?
The sky was very colorful after sunset as the altocumulus cloud bottoms were illuminated.It looked more like the Fourth of July than only days away from Christmas.
